Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Accounts - Central - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at CyberArk, you will be at the forefront of demonstrating the value of our identity security solutions to both prospective and existing Enterprise customers.

In Short

• Act as technical pre-sales support on CyberArk’s Identity Security solutions.
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
• Support RFP/RFI responses.
• Foster long-term relationships with technical teams.
• Support and enable CyberArk’s partner network.
• Engage in public speaking and webinars.
• Serve as the customer advocate.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Contribute to internal teams as a resource and mentor.

Requirements

• MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-3 years in presales, ideally in identity or security.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An understanding of security concepts.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and network security preferred.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, and AWS Security.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings.
