Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

CyberArk is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Solutions Engineer to cover the South of LATAM, combining technical knowledge with sales skills to drive the technical win during the sales cycle.

In Short

• Provide technical pre-sales support.
• Drive and manage technology evaluations during the sales process.
• Present CyberArk’s technical value proposition effectively.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs regarding functional and technical elements.
• Conduct customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Document client feature requests and issues.
• Support seminars and industry trade shows.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management.
• Mentor other system engineers.
• Travel within the country (25%-50%).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
• MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory.
• Presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of security concepts and roles.
• Experience with CyberArk Identity Security solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of Privilege Access Management, IAM, or IDM solutions.
• Understanding of containerized environments and CI/CD toolchains.
• Scripting knowledge.
