Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

Join Next Matter’s Launch Team in Canada! Next Matter is expanding in North America, and we’re looking for a Solution Engineer to play a pivotal role in our growth. You will be instrumental in implementing our No-Code Workflow Automation Platform with our top global account in Canada, while contributing to the success of our launch in the region.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expertise on the Next Matter platform and best practices.
• Support clients in identifying process optimization opportunities.
• Own the account’s roadmap, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
• Onboard and train Next Matter users.
• Deliver technical support to North American customers.
• Collaborate with European Solution Engineers, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Solution Engineer or similar roles.
• Experience working on enterprise implementation projects.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and comfortable building API calls or short scripts.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and technology stakeholders.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving customer success.
