• Act as a Solution Engineer to unblock customers and enhance developer experience.
• Work with self-serve developers and enterprise customers on API integration.

Requirements

• Strong development experience or ability to demonstrate relevant skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on fast problem resolution.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Solution-driven approach to fixing problems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML models or video processing APIs.
