CyberArk is looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering for our Brazil team. This individual is passionate about nurturing their team and advancing the craft of Solutions Engineering with our Brazilian customers.

In Short

• Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Develop strong relationships with sales leadership.
• Inspire team members to pursue customer satisfaction.
• Engage with CyberArk’s partner ecosystem.
• Serve as a key escalation point for technical challenges.
• Collect feedback to influence product direction.
• Conduct frequent manager calls to assess deal statuses.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Foster meaningful relationships with customers.
• Travel as needed (<50%).

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role in Solutions Engineering.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
• Knowledge of the Identity Security market.
• Experience in both private and public sector selling.
• History of coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions.
• Adaptable to changing situations.
