Overview

CyberArk is seeking a strategic and collaborative Principal Solutions Program Manager, Regulated Markets, to join our dynamic Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape how CyberArk navigates global Certifications and evolving regulations—ensuring our products meet the highest standards of compliance and trust.

In Short

• Collaborate on planning, executing, and tracking key initiatives including driving worldwide certifications and regulatory programs.
• Partner with Go to Market teams to gather data and build business cases.
• Manage the End-End lifecycle of programs from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure transparency and program deliverables are met within timelines.
• Build program dashboards for continuous communication.
• Serve as primary point of contact for program timelines.
• Understand and articulate regulatory requirements across teams.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program plans and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Experience with Compliance Certifications such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC.
• Knowledge of global regulatory environments (EU, APAC, U.S.).
• Experience influencing product and go-to-market roadmaps.
• Skilled in Program Management methodologies.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
