Overview

We’re seeking a Program Manager to join our Customer Success Architecture team, within the Customer Success Strategy & Excellence organization at CyberArk. This role is strategic and highly influential, guiding customers to achieve their desired business outcomes.

In Short

• Lead the creation of the Customer Success Path program.
• Design and manage timelines, milestones, and governance of the program.
• Collaborate with Technical and Customer teams.
• Develop outcomes-based Success Paths for product-specific use cases.
• Create reference architectures with Product and Customer Success teams.
• Publish high-level 'terminus maps' for internal and customer-facing use.
• Provide guidance on Success Path usage.
• Present the program to various audiences.
• Identify opportunities in delivery methods and practices.
• Participate in cross-functional CX efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in Program Management.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Proficiency with diagramming or process flow software tools.
• Ability to visualize complex concepts simply.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Collaborative work style.
