Solutions Engineer - Public Sector - Federal - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at CyberArk, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of CyberArk’s identity security solutions to prospective and current Federal customers.

In Short

• Engage with clients via demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to drive the sales process.
• Collaborate with multiple teams within customer organizations.
• Leverage deep knowledge of CyberArk products and public sector security requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Support CyberArk’s partner network in communicating the value of CyberArk.
• Represent CyberArk at industry events and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Light travel required for client meetings and industry events.
• Actively engage and contribute to internal teams.

Requirements

• MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ Years experience in a presales technical role with identity management or security technologies.
• Strong understanding of public sector IT environments and security requirements.
• Ability to work closely with customers to build tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of identity security technologies and related security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS administration in cloud providers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Industry recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• Prior experience with CyberArk Software solutions preferred.
