Senior Solutions Engineer - Public Sector - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at CyberArk, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of CyberArk’s identity security solutions to prospective and current Public Sector/Federal customers.

In Short

• Serve as the subject matter expert on CyberArk's Identity Security solutions.
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and manage Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs and RFIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector organizations.
• Support and enable CyberArk’s partner network.
• Represent CyberArk at industry events and marketing initiatives.
• Convey customer requirements to internal teams.
• Actively engage and contribute to internal teams.
• Light travel required (<50%) for client meetings.

Requirements

• MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ Years experience in a presales technical role.
• Experience with public sector IT environments.
• Ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of identity security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS administration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Industry recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
