In Short

• Support the technical and value aspects of the sales effort across territory.
• Facilitate and influence product enhancements and the deployment of Axon’s products.
• Consistently research, network, and ideate for future solution opportunities.
• Present and evangelise Axon technical & business value propositions at industry events.
• Develop in-depth technical knowledge of AXON and domain expertise.
• Document customer feature requests and issues.
• Provide support to product Test and Evaluations.
• Execute customer site assessments targeting technology infrastructure.
• Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and colleagues.
• Proactively plan to prevent pre and post sales issues.

Requirements

• A natural aptitude for technology and ability to communicate its value.
• Confidence to drive customers to successful outcomes.
• A “self starter” with ownership of tasks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel significantly (70%).
• 8+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or similar field.
• Knowledge in areas like Digital Video, Mobile communications, IP Engineering.
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems and network technologies.
• Experience in data integration and analysis.
• Fluent in native language of supported countries and excellent English skills.
