• Support both Sales and Finance teams in structuring complex deals.
• Build expertise in Axon’s product catalog and quoting tools.
• Provide guidance to sales reps on deal formats and quote requests.
• Analyze customer contracts for invoicing and documentation.
• Maintain accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in testing for product launches and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for deal execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and team projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales operations or commercial operations.
• Strong finance orientation and attention to detail.
• Salesforce.com CRM experience (CPQ preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proactive mindset and ownership of work.
• Collaborative approach and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
