Commercial Applications Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Commercial Applications Analyst will work with the Salesforce functional and business team to enhance the Salesforce platform and related applications, driving user adoption and improvements.

• Join the National Sales Enablement team at Labcorp.
• Work remotely or onsite in Durham, NC or Westborough, MA.
• Collaborate with end users, business leaders, and application development teams.
• Maintain the backlog for the Salesforce platform and related applications.
• Utilize JIRA and project management tools for task management.
• Gather and synthesize end-user requirements.
• Coordinate acceptance testing for new features.
• Drive enhancements for user experience and data quality.
• Contribute to technical documentation and training plans.
• Participate in problem-solving and defect resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience in a Salesforce Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in Salesforce UX design.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools and Copado DevOps.
• Experience using Copado Robot Testing tool.
