Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative on the Labcorp OnDemand Customer Service Team to provide exceptional support to customers via various communication channels.

In Short

• Resolve routine customer requests via calls, chats, and emails.
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed.
• Work in multiple databases to research complex issues.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform administrative support for medical record management.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year or more customer service experience.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1 year or more experience in a contact center or call center.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer competency and typing proficiency of 35 WPM or higher.
• Critical thinking skills for analyzing complex information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Strong capacity for flexibility and responsiveness.
• Demonstrates professionalism in customer interactions.
