Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to join our team, working remotely to assist with physician offices, hospital laboratories, and patients in a customer-centric environment.

In Short

  • Position is remote with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6 PM EST.
  • Pay range is $16 - $25 per hour based on skills and experience.
  • Provide product education and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities is required.
  • Comprehensive benefits available for employees working 20 or more hours per week.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in a contact center or call center environment is preferred.
  • Current or previous Labcorp experience is a plus.
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities quickly.
