Overview

LabCorp is seeking a remote Customer Service Support Representative to join our Maternal Serum Screening team, working with various stakeholders to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.

In Short

  • Remote position supporting Maternal Serum Screening team
  • Act as a liaison between LabCorp, customers, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests via calls and emails
  • Provide product education and information
  • Work with multiple databases to research issues
  • Review test forms for accuracy
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform administrative support for medical records
  • Flexible work schedule, Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience in a contact center preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
