Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year of work experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in medical billing or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous call center experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with patients.
