Overview

The Business Systems Analyst, Commercial Operations will provide analytical support to the Commercial Operations team, focusing on key performance indicators for commercial initiatives.

• Provide analytical support to the Commercial Operations team.
• Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred, with preference for advanced degrees.
• 2+ years of experience in an analyst role.
• Experience with CRM administration, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information.
• Exceptional MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Detailed understanding of sales processes and analytics.
• Ability to foster cross-functional relationships.
