IT Business Solution Specialist - Remote

Overview

CyberArk is seeking an experienced Finance Business Applications System Analyst, who is passionate and highly motivated, with extensive expertise in ERP and other financial information systems and technologies. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple cross-functional projects that develop, maintain, and support various IT applications and systems for our Finance department.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business applications within the Finance department.
• Build and maintain relationships with Finance team stakeholders.
• Manage the design and analysis of various business processes.
• Oversee the analysis, optimization, and deployment of business processes in IT systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials.
• Track and manage incidents and service requests.
• Offer technical guidance and mentoring to teams.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for enhancing IT Finance applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing ERP/Finance Applications.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Oracle ERP, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management practices.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in using Jira and agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
