Overview

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the technical infrastructure powering our marketing and go-to-market operations.

In Short

• Build marketing automation infrastructure using tools like Zapier and n8n.
• Architect lead generation systems with tools like Clay and Apollo.
• Create attribution & analytics pipelines connecting HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Implement AI-powered marketing tools for lead scoring and content personalization.
• Design custom integrations between marketing tools and internal systems.
• Optimize marketing data architecture for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Growth teams for alignment.
• Build measurement and experimentation frameworks for A/B testing.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in technical marketing solutions.
• Comfortable across the marketing tech stack.
• Hands-on experience with marketing APIs and data pipelines.
• Experience with AI and automation tools.
• Understanding of conversion funnels and revenue impact.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.

Benefits

• Base salary and bonus between $135,000 - $195,000.
