In Short

  • Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8am–5pm ET
  • Seeking a highly motivated Application Support Engineer
  • Role involves solving complex technical challenges
  • Serve as a crucial link between customers and product development
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
  • Create and maintain documentation for customers and internal teams
  • Participate in on-call support for urgent issues
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering
  • Proficiency in web hosting, APIs, and network architecture

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA)
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bonus points for SaaS or CCaaS experience
  • Experience with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS)
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and scripting skills
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
  • Fluency in additional languages is a bonus
