Overview

The Cprime Atlassian Delivery Solutions Architect is responsible for implementing high-quality solutions using Atlassian products, working closely with clients to ensure successful delivery and alignment on solution planning.

In Short

• Install, configure, maintain, and enhance Jira and Confluence.
• Guide organization of data in Jira and Confluence.
• Enable custom workflows and dashboards for clients.
• Create and manage complex project components.
• Advise on best practices for configuration.
• Provide user training on systems.
• Support client administrators and users.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Remote-first work environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Atlassian Products.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Atlassian certifications highly desirable.
• SAFe, ITIL, or Agile certifications desirable.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
