Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect role will guide Keyfactor’s enterprise customers through implementing and integrating Keyfactor’s solutions into their infrastructure and applications. This position involves working directly with customers to install software components and troubleshoot issues when they arise.

• Assist customers in designing and implementing Keyfactor solutions.
• Partner with Sales to deliver optimal solutions.
• Lead design workshops and document solutions.
• Ensure customers are prepared to utilize Keyfactor solutions effectively.
• Act as the primary technical contact for solution delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Document common architectures and solutions for efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks in solution design.
• Contribute to service delivery improvement processes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong communication skills at technical and business levels.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Familiarity with PKI, digital certificates, and cryptography.
• Experience with DevOps and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Java Application Servers and Database Servers.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems and IT security principles.
• Proficiency in containerization platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
