DevOps Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Lead Engineer who can lead operations and deployment of a highly secure platform running on Kubernetes on AWS, Azure and AWS GovCloud. In this role, you will manage the infrastructure, ensure seamless deployments, and engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and optimize platform performance.

• Manage and optimize platform operations on Kubernetes.
• Maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
• Ensure platform scalability, availability, and performance.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Ensure adherence to AWS GovCloud security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability.
• Conduct regular audits and security reviews.
• Provide training and onboarding support for customers.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes on AWS and Azure.
• Strong experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience managing OpenSearch, Kafka, or similar services.
• Familiarity with networking and security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and deliver timely solutions.
