DevOps Lead - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a DevOps Lead to take technical and strategic ownership of infrastructure operations for our global SaaS messaging platform. You will lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers while staying hands-on with critical infrastructure decisions. Your main focus will be ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability of our production systems, as well as improving our CI/CD workflows and platform observability. This is a leadership role with direct impact on platform reliability and product delivery.

• Guide, support, and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior DevOps or DevOps lead role within a SaaS environment.
• Strong Linux system administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of virtualization vs. containerization.
• Good knowledge of networking tools.
• Experience supporting full application lifecycle.
• Familiarity with version control and issue-tracking tools.
• CI/CD experience in building systems and designing workflows.
• Strong experience with databases.
• Infrastructure as Code experience.
