Overview

As a Delivery Solution Architect at Prophecy, you will be part of a high-growth startup focused on revolutionizing data engineering, working with a team of dynamic engineers to solve complex customer issues.

In Short

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to the Prophecy IDE.
• Assist with third-party integrations with the Prophecy environment.
• Reproduce customer bugs in production and sandbox environments.
• Set clear expectations with customers and meet or exceed them.
• Provide best practices guidance for solutions developed by customers.
• Deliver proactive suggestions for improving performance.
• Coordinate with engineering for timely resolution of customer issues.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation.
• Support customers via chat, email, and video conference.
• Be a team player and coach other team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting B2B large enterprise applications.
• Advanced skills in Spark.
• Strong experience in production issue resolution.
• Experience with ETL development and monitoring.
• Expert in Spark architecture and Databricks/Snowflake management.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD technologies.
• Technology experience in SQL, Databricks, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Creative problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS or equivalent.
