  • Strong expertise in automation and AI tools.
  • Proven ability in customer health scoring and engagement campaigns.
  • Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
