Overview

The Digital Customer Success Manager at Grammarly for Business will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing successful contract renewals.

  • Experience with tools like Outreach and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding renewal quota targets.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in advocating for customers and working cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of subscription business models.
