Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as a trusted advisor to Salesforce’s customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their Salesforce investment through deep relationships and expert guidance.

In Short

  • Serve as the single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and decision-makers.
  • Help customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide proactive guidance on Salesforce features and potential challenges.
  • Communicate the value of Signature Success to ensure renewals.
  • Advocate for customers during high severity case resolutions.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
  • Work from a Salesforce office three days a week.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Technical Customer Success, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Commerce Cloud.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Enterprise-level customers.
