Overview

The Manager of Customer Success - Digital CS will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion across our customer base globally via digital CS programs. This individual will be accountable for retaining our tech touch segment customers using the same strategies, focusing on account management and technical product expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success management leadership.
  • Strong background in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of working with digital customer success.
  • Deep understanding of account management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to operate in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Ability to inspire and guide teams towards strategic objectives.
  • Experience in developing use cases/solutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization.
