Overview

Vercel is looking to add a Customer Success Manager, Digital to our fast-growing Customer Success team with the overall objective to advance our commitment to providing an exceptional experience to our Enterprise customers.

In Short

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Vercel’s scaled customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product.
  • Interact with customers through various channels.
  • Proactively identify and flag churn risk.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consultants.
  • Analyze customer data to suggest engagement strategies.
  • Execute proactive customer campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience with Front-end web development libraries and frameworks.
  • At least one year of customer-facing experience in SaaS.
  • Comfort interacting with a high volume of customers.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Outstanding initiative and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Strong collaboration mindset.
  • Comfortable with asynchronous work.
