In Short

  • Provide direct support to school and district customers.
  • Run onboarding sessions and ensure maximum value from AI tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital success programs.
  • Use data-driven insights to deliver proactive support.
  • Track and report on customer health indicators.
  • Meet or exceed Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
  • Support the development of digital success playbooks.
  • Engage with customers via email, chat, or virtual meetings.
  • Contribute ideas to improve digital onboarding resources.
  • Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in tech/SaaS Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms.
  • Passion for education and helping teachers.
