  • Deliver automated digital programs designed for customer retention.
  • Apply marketing best practices to campaign design and messaging.
  • Monitor customer health and adoption using Gainsight dashboards.
  • Collect feedback and report impact using Gainsight automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Support ongoing education and self-service resource enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Gainsight CS and/or PX.
  • Experience in a marketing or customer communications role.
  • Track record in customer retention strategy campaigns.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience developing data-driven customer retention programs.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices.
  • Must work east coast standard hours.
