Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical recruiting.
• 2+ years of experience managing a recruitment team.
• Proven experience hiring for Product & Engineering and Data Architecture roles.
• Experience managing or mentoring contract recruiters.
• Deep understanding of recruiting best practices.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Lever (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws related to recruitment.
