Overview

As an Account Director at Mediafly, you will drive growth across top-tier North American accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.

In Short

  • Lead strategic engagements with recognized brands.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
  • Provide mentorship to the Account Development Director.
  • Participate in thought leadership engagements.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships with travel throughout the US.
  • Evaluate sales processes and recommend improvements.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Leverage Mediafly technology during the sales process.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to build community around Mediafly’s Brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales or business development.
  • Preferred experience in Enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • History of success in SaaS selling to large enterprises.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical acumen and commercial temperament.
  • Ability to learn Mediafly solutions and become certified.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM ecosystems is preferred.
