Overview

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team, supporting a major rail infrastructure programme in the United Arab Emirates.

In Short

• Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the resolution of contractual issues and claims.
• Prepare and review contractual documentation and reports.
• Advise on contract strategy and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with legal, commercial, and technical teams.
• 15+ years of contract administration experience required.
• Rail project experience is strongly preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is essential.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in international or Middle Eastern projects is advantageous.

Requirements

• Proven track record in major infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
• Qualified and chartered by a recognized body like RICS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and professional integrity.
