Overview

The Digital Customer Success Manager at Grammarly will be responsible for cultivating relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing contract renewals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Sales, Support, or Account Management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with a large volume of customers.
  • Proven track record in exceeding renewal targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong goal-setting and internal drive.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Understanding of subscription business models.
