Overview

Cordros Securities Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for the sales of all CSL products and services.

In Short

  • Responsible for customer/business prospecting/conversion.
  • Attend and present at promotional activities and marketing events.
  • Recruit and onboard new clients.
  • Review and analyze client information and transactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining procedures around income processing.
  • Prepare and process transactions accurately and timely.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and reactivate dormant ones.
  • Analyze market trends to develop sales plans.
  • Educate clients about CSL products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing, or finance.
  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
