New Product Development Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The New Product Development Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams in the development of new Commercial Scroll products for a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional initiatives in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or product development.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand technical products quickly.
• Effective at leading teams and driving consensus.
• Strong work ethic and independent work capability.
• Preferred: MBA or Project Management Certification.
• Preferred: HVAC industry experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
