Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the development and launch of new assays and initiatives within the Product Development Organization, focusing on precision medicine and genomic data utilization in clinical settings.

• Lead the development and maintenance of detailed project plans.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in Biotechnology, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Device industry.
• Project management certification (PMP) preferred.
• Proficient in project management software (Smartsheets, MS Project, etc.).
• Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, GMP, NYSDOH, and FDA regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
