Product Development Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for our first Product Development Manager at Grüns! In this role, you will lead our product development project management, driving research into ingredients and claims, innovation, process creation, cross-functional project management, and collaborations with external vendors.

In Short

• Lead product development project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field (i.e.: food science, food chemistry, nutrition, etc.) is required.
• 3-5 years in product management with a focus on creative projects.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects across teams in Asana.
• Experience working on claims and ingredient-related research projects.
• Ability to manage external vendors and suppliers.
• Experience creating and documenting processes.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
