Vice President of Accounting & Finance - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Vice President of Accounting & Finance to lead the finance organization of Grüns as we continue to scale across channels and geographies. This role will oversee our stellar Accounting and FP&A teams through our next phase of massive growth.

• Provide executive leadership to Grüns’ global finance & accounting.
• Serve as a senior financial partner, leveraging financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead Financing Planning, translating strategy to financial outcomes.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of global financial reporting.
• Oversee and strengthen financial systems and processes.
• Guide financial execution of international expansion.
• Ensure financial rigor across various channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Retail leaders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in global environments and setting up international entities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems in scaling organizations.
• Experience in retail and DTC sales models.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments.
• Strong people leader and trusted partner to senior leadership.
