An exciting career opportunity with a dynamic Tech SaaS company seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee the accounting functions including global corporate accounting, finance reporting, revenue recognition, procure to pay, and accounting shared services.

In Short

• Lead the preparation and oversight of financial statements adhering to US GAAP and IFRS.
• Support US and international tax compliance.
• Coordinate the annual financial audit and manage treasury activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA Required.
• 10+ years accounting and financial experience is required.
• Recent experience in Tech SaaS environment is required.
