Overview

The Territory Sales Manager - Washington, Oregon & Alaska position is a key role within ContiTech, responsible for developing new business and increasing market share in a specified geographical territory.

In Short

  • Identify and cultivate new business partnerships.
  • Promote and sell engineered products through distributors.
  • Train distributors and end-users on products.
  • Develop and implement customer meeting plans.
  • Participate in industry trade shows.
  • Utilize business and information technology tools.
  • Inspect equipment and provide solutions.
  • Travel 50% of the time with overnight stays.
  • Work within the territory of Washington, Oregon, & Alaska.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or 4 years of sales experience.
  • Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in an industrial setting.
  • Experience conducting presentations.
  • Experience training customers and end-users.
  • Ability to use/learn CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must reside within the Territory (WA or OR).
  • Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.
