Overview

The Regional Security Manager will be part of the security team at Continental, responsible for securing employees, company assets, and operations while ensuring high security standards across various locations.

In Short

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• 7+ years of related security experience.
• Experience in a large corporate environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and governance capabilities.
• Leadership and crisis management skills.
• Familiarity with security technology systems.
• Strong project and process thinking skills.
• Integrity and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
