Overview

Legato Security is seeking a full time Regional Security Sales Manager, focusing on the Western US. This is an exciting role based remotely. The Regional Security Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the entire end-to-end sales cycle starting with opportunity identification through deal closure.

In Short

  • Drive the entire end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Identify and generate new managed services and professional services opportunities.
  • Track day-to-day opportunity performance and communicate selling activities.
  • Establish key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with technology vendors.
  • Become proficient in various SIEM platforms and endpoint platforms.
  • Help develop and execute sales plays that align with organizational sales processes.
  • Track deal progression and forecasting using CRM technology.
  • Provide real-time market information to key stakeholders.
  • Engage complex clients to understand their business issues and objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning activities across prospective client bases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Information Technology or Business, or equal work experience.
  • Relevant partner experience in the Western US region.
  • 8+ years of Enterprise sales experience and/or 2+ years of direct cybersecurity sales experience.
  • Proven success in consultative/solution-based selling.
  • Salesforce and CRM experience desired.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective and organized with account planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of business drivers related to customer needs.
  • Effective interaction and relationship building at senior and technical levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and apply in the field.
