Overview

The Customer Logistics Specialist will handle incoming customer orders, serve as the interface between customers and various functions, and support customer complaint management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience with IT systems and tools (SAP, Office, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technical affinity/understanding.
  • 2-3 years of professional apprenticeship or equivalent education.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Logistics.
  • Fluency in German and English (oral and written).
  • Fixed term contract: 6 months.
