Overview

The Underwriting Audit Consulting Director is responsible for conducting underwriting audit work for National Accounts Property, identifying opportunities for operational or training improvement, and collaborating with Underwriting leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of ten years underwriting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to drive results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Athenium/Team Think preferred.
  • Professional designations preferred (CPCU, RPLU).
  • Ability to manage multiple audit projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.
