Overview

The IT Litigation Support Technician will provide technical and analytical assistance at the United States Attorney's Office, ensuring the effective support of litigation processes.

In Short

  • Coordinate litigation support services and trial preparation.
  • Administer litigation support systems.
  • Ensure systems availability and functionality.
  • Install and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
  • Resolve hardware/software interface issues.
  • Maintain litigation support equipment inventory.
  • Implement systems security programs and policies.
  • Provide customer support and training.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance.
  • Experience with litigation support principles and systems.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation methods.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with litigation support databases like IPRO Eclipse and Relativity.
  • Knowledge of discovery processing software.
  • Understanding of quality control for data compliance.
