Overview

The Technical Solutions Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing remote troubleshooting and support through various channels. The role requires effective communication and management of helpdesk tickets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • ITIL and ITSM knowledge is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail in documentation.
