Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for selling solutions to National Accounts, leveraging your sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

  • Drive revenue growth in large, complex accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in quota-carrying sales roles.
  • Experience in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or Enterprise IT Solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas.
  • Ability to articulate business value effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Open to travel for customer meetings.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
